Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at maviecollective@gmail.com with your order number and an unboxing video. We will offer a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

Change of Mind We currently do not accept returns for change of mind. We encourage you to read the product description carefully before purchasing.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right immediately.
